Our Story
The Meaning Behind “Welke”
For me, “Welke” is more than a name—it’s a tribute. It belongs to one of my best friends, someone I’d known since I was five years old. We enlisted in the Marines together through the buddy program, ready to take on the world side by side.
In November 2004, during the initial attack on Fallujah, he was killed in action. Sharing this name is my way of honoring his memory, his sacrifice, and the lifelong bond we had.

How often should I train when starting out?
Most beginners do well with 2–3 classes per week. This builds consistency while giving you time to recover and learn new movements. Your coach can help you adjust your schedule based on your goals and progress.
Will I get individual coaching in group classes?
Yes. Classes are kept intentionally small so coaches can provide hands-on instruction, movement corrections, and personalized scaling. Even in a group setting, you’ll never feel lost or overlooked.
